In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, the product must be new, unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Following verification of the issue, supported by photos or videos where applicable, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
