Welcome to Purely Skin Shop. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Purely Skin Shop. We operate this site and provide all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”).

Please review product, variant, quantity, and shipping address before confirming your purchase. Change/cancellation requests may be difficult after confirmation.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. You confirm purchases are for personal/household use (not for commercial resale).

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout and confirmed by email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, and any duties/customs fees.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and keep them up to date to complete transactions and communications.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary (carrier, customs, external events).
- EU customers: unless you select your own carrier, the risk of loss passes to you only upon physical delivery of the parcel.
- Non-EU customers: risk transfer follows applicable local law and/or the selected shipping terms.
If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
The site and its content (texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, layouts, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Purely Skin Shop or its licensors.
You receive a strictly personal, non-commercial right of use. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.

Consumers benefit from any mandatory protections of their country of residence (e.g., within the European Union). In case of dispute, the competent courts are those designated by applicable consumer law.
