For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tested.
All sales are final, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order details (product, model, address, etc.) before confirming your purchase.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund.
No exchanges or replacements will be provided.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once the defective item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

5. Customers within the European Union
Customers located within the European Union have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
This right allows you to return an item without providing a reason, provided that:

It is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened for hygiene or health reasons (such as skincare devices, facial accessories, or partially used cosmetic products).
6. Customers Outside the European Union
For customers located outside the European Union (for example, in the United States, Canada, or Gulf countries):
All sales are considered final.
However, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, a full refund will be processed following the same procedure as for EU customers.
