Product descriptions are provided with the utmost accuracy.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Because stock levels are limited, Purely Skin Shop cannot guarantee continuous product availability.

7. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on the Site are shown by default in euros (€).
For customers outside the Eurozone, prices may automatically appear in your local currency (USD, GBP, etc.) based on the current exchange rate.

The final amount charged at checkout is calculated in the currency selected at the time of purchase.

Prices include VAT where applicable.
Additional charges such as shipping, import taxes, or customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.
These costs remain the customer’s responsibility where required by local law.

Payment is required immediately upon checkout, using one of the payment methods available on the Site.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping details, delivery times, and coverage zones are specified in our Shipping Policy.
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, and delivery generally occurs within 2 to 5 business days thereafter.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only upon physical delivery of the package, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers within the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day the product is received.

To exercise this right, the item must be new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened beauty products, tested devices).

11. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact purelyskinshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos or a short video clearly showing the issue.

Once verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Data collected through the Site (orders, subscriptions, newsletters) is used solely for order management, delivery, and customer relations.
