Shipping Policy
1. Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Estimated delivery times generally range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Exceptional circumstances such as weather conditions, high order volumes, strikes, or customs delays may extend delivery times.
Purely Skin Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
2. Shipping Areas and Taxes
We ship to most European countries as well as internationally (including the United States, Canada, and Gulf countries).
Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.
The customer is responsible for any additional charges required by local regulations.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided they have not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at purelyskinshop@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation”.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
This clause does not affect the 14-day withdrawal right applicable to consumers within the European Union.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at purelyskinshop@gmail.com.
We can correct the address within 24 hours after the order is placed, as long as the parcel has not been shipped yet.
If the parcel is already in transit, it will be delivered to the address provided and no refund will be issued.
If the parcel is returned to the sender, reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
5. Delays and Non-Delivery
We strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
However, under EU law, if no specific delivery date was agreed, your order must be delivered within 30 days from the purchase date.
If this period is exceeded, and after allowing a reasonable additional time for delivery, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at purelyskinshop@gmail.com.
Include your order number and attach photos or a short video showing the issue or the condition of the parcel.
After verification, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages During Transit
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
When shipping is handled by Purely Skin Shop, the risk is transferred to you only upon physical delivery of the package.
If a loss is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
8. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer only upon physical delivery of the parcel.
This provision complies with European consumer protection standards and ensures you are covered until your order is received.
9. International Deliveries
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and local customs procedures.
Import taxes and customs duties, if applicable, remain the customer’s responsibility.
If a parcel is refused due to non-payment of these fees, no refund will be issued.
