Shipping Policy
1. Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Estimated delivery times generally range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
These timeframes are estimates only. Exceptional circumstances such as weather conditions, peak periods, strikes, customs delays, or other external events may extend delivery times. Purely Skin Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
2. Delivery Areas and Possible Taxes
We ship to most European countries, as well as internationally, including the United States, Canada, Gulf countries, and other destinations.
For orders delivered within the European Union, no additional payment is normally required upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the laws of the destination country. These additional charges, where required by local law, remain the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours after confirmation, provided they have not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at: contact@purelyskinshop.com with the subject line: “Order Cancellation”.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
This clause does not affect the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to consumers located within the European Union.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at: contact@purelyskinshop.com
We may be able to correct the address within 24 hours of the order being placed, provided the package has not yet been shipped.
If the package is already in transit, it will be delivered to the address provided and no refund can be issued.
If the package is returned to the sender, reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.
5. Delays and Non-Delivery
We do our best to ensure fast delivery.
However, within Europe, if no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, the law provides that delivery must take place no later than 30 days after the order date.
If this timeframe is exceeded, and after granting us a reasonable additional period, you have the right to cancel the sale and receive a full refund.

6. Damaged Package or Defective Product
We take great care in packaging our products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at: contact@purelyskinshop.com
Please include your order number and photos or a short video showing the defect or the condition of the package.
After verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Loss or Damage During Transit
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
When shipping is arranged by Purely Skin Shop, the risk is transferred to you only when the package is physically delivered.
In the event of confirmed loss, we will issue a full refund.
8. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer only when the package is physically delivered.
This provision protects the consumer until the product has actually been received.
9. International Delivery
For orders delivered outside the European Union:
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and local customs procedures.
- Import taxes and customs duties, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.
- If a package is refused due to non-payment of these charges, no refund can be issued.
